Yoga pants
There are different types of yoga pants, and you can decide which is best for you with a little experimenting. What you need to focus on is whether they are comfortable and whether you feel they are giving you the best workout possible. Don’t pick yoga bottoms just because they are what everyone is wearing.
A lot of people wear form-fitting shorts for yoga and are very pleased with them. But a lot of people aren’t comfortable with this for a variety of reasons. Thankfully, there are many other styles of yoga pants that you can choose from.
There are some full-length yoga pants that you can get. These can be fairly tight and just flare a bit at the ankles, but they also come in very loose, baggy versions. You can also get varying degrees of tightness in calf-length pants if you want a middle ground between shorts and long pants.
